  18. Cute, if you had bothered to read you would see that I was stating that
  19. the ear CANNOT be relied on to diagnose computer related problems, though
  20. phone companies will frequently use audio quality as the first step
  21. (sometimes the only step if one is not persistent) in diagnosing line
  22. problems.
